David Cadwallader & Co are the chosen membership partners of The Plunkett Foundation for all accountancy and bookkeeping requirements. Our fees for a review of year end accounts start from £375 plus VAT for Co-operative and Community Benefit Society statutory accounts and £650 plus VAT for Companies Limited by Guarantee. We can also prepare accounts from any software package or manual records and would be happy to provide a free no-obligation quote based on your individual circumstances. VAT

Keeping on top of the VAT legislation can sometimes be difficult particularly in the retail sector. We can review your present scheme operation and provide advice where needed. Nicola is a fully qualified VAT accountant and will work with you and the rest of our team to ensure that VAT compliance is made as easy and efficient as possible.

PAYROLL

With all the recent changes in payroll reporting legislation and the RTI fine regime and auto-enrolment on the horizon a lot of our clients are turning to the experts. Whether you are looking at getting someone else to run the payroll for you or whether you want advice on the best software options available to enable you to do this yourself we can help.

CORPORATION TAX

As part of our annual service we can also complete your corporation tax return and file it with HMRC in the required electronic format. Our fees start from £95 plus VAT. In addition we can review the historic operation of corporation tax and provide advice as to how you should be operating going forward.

COSTS

We are happy to provide a fixed fee quote for our services up front to avoid nasty surprises. As well as our very competitive fees for annual compliance we offer a 20% discount on our rates for other services to Plunkett members.
