Office Administrator
We are a family firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in Chesterton which is outside Bicester. We provide a broad-based service, covering accountancy, auditing, taxation. VAT, payroll, and advisory work to a wide range of industries and personal clients.
We are looking to increase our team and recruit a full time Office Administrator to provide support to our busy business.
The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative duties to support the team and will ensure that their activities are completed to meet the day to day needs of the team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and dealing with clients in a professional and efficient manner
- Implementing and maintaining effective administration and financial systems
- Being accountable for providing accurate information as required and ensuring admin processes and documentation are in place.
- Completing a variety of ad hoc requests to meet the needs of the team.
Required Skills
– Computer literate with a variety of IT packages
– Well organised with good planning skills with an eye for detail.
– Ability to prioritise your work and adapt to multiple requests
– Able to work individually and as part of a team.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
